Week 1- June 23rd to 27th - Foods of the World I
We will explore each region and prepare dishes that your kids are sure to love and want to prepare for you. We will be covering:
China, Germany, Spain, Italy, India
Week 2 - June 30th to July 3rd - Foods of the U.S.A.
No Class on July 4th. Special price: $350.00
It's time to get ready for some down home cooking this week all about foods from the US. Each state has their own specialties that we will highlight, bringing new flavors and taste sensations to your kids to open their minds and palates. We will cover: Washington/Oregon, New Mexico, New Orleans, New England, Texas.
Week 3 - July 7th to 11th - Baking I - Sweet & Savory
Baking is a great way to spend time with your kids, so we will teach them both sweet and savory dishes that they will love to share with the whole family. From breads to pastries to pot pies and strudel, this is a great way to learn the basics of baking.
Week 4 - July 14th to 18th - Foods of the World II
Let your kids experience some different ingredients from around the world. We encourage your child to taste new things and learn how to use some new ingredients that they have never seen before. We will be visiting: Japan, Greece, Morocco, France, and Thailand
Week 5 - July 21st to 25th - Cooking Like a Food Network Star
All the kids love the food network, so we thought we would teach them some of those amazing recipes. Each day we will focus on a different chef and their favorite recipes. It will make your kids feel like a star!!
Week 6 - July 28th to August 1st - From Soup to Nuts
Each day we will cover a different meal, so no matter what time of day it is, your kids will have some great new recipes to create.

Day 5 - Baking - All Desserts
Week 7 - August 4th to 8th - Foods of Italy
We will explore a new region of Italy each day, highlighting a distinctive ingredient from each region and using it in several different ways to show your kids how versatile each ingredient can be. .
Week 8 - Aug 11th to 15th - Cooking Like a Food Network Star
Each day we will prepare recipes from a different food network star cookbook to inspire your kids to be creative and adventurous when they are in the kitchen.
Week 9 - August 18th to 22nd - Baking Basics II
Most people get a little intimidated when it comes to baking. In this baking basics class, we will start off with basic cakes and cookies, then on to quick and yeast breads and will throw in some simple and delicious pastries that will have your kids raving.
Week 10 - August 25th to 29th - California Dreaming
We have such amazing products right here in California that we get a little spoiled with all of the fresh and vibrant ingredients we have access to. Let us teach your child how to use some of the finest local products out there to create their masterpieces.
