Pineapple Mango Habanera Salmon

Dear Chef Leslie,
This is a dish I created. I didn't like salmon for years because I found the flavor to be so pronounced. Now, not only do I love it, but somehow the sweet and hot seem to mellow the fish completely. I like making this for my friends (many who don't like salmon like it in this recipe too), but I would really love to up the wow factor. Can you work your recipe remix magic and help me make this a stellar, signature dish?
