With seasonal and delicious recipes designed for young foodies and curious cooks, our camp emphasizes a fun approach to the kitchen. Young chefs expand their palates, reinforce academic and social skills, and learn about food safety, knife skills and experimenting with flavors and ingredients.

Beginner's 101 Series
Beginners 101 Series
We offer 6-week series classes that are designed to teach students the techniques and skills that allow a more in-depth understanding of various food topics, areas and cuisines.
Beginners 101 is a beginning series of cooking classes for people who would love to pick up a knife, but are still a little scared to play and have fun in the kitchen.
